How much does it cost to manage a Shopify store?
Our monthly plans start at CAD $600 and go up to CAD $3,000. The price depends on the number of products, the frequency of updates and the development hours included. We recommend a plan after the initial audit.
Can I manage my store myself and call you when needed?
Yes. We also offer pay-as-you-go support hours at $125 per hour. The monthly plan becomes better value when you have regular needs.
How long does it take to get a response to my request?
Depending on your plan, we respond within 48, 24 or 8 business hours. An emergency (store unreachable, payment blocked) is handled as a priority, within 4 business hours, on all plans.
Do you also manage apps and integrations?
Yes. We install, configure and monitor apps (reviews, email, shipping, accounting) and remove those that slow down your site.
Is there a long-term contract?
The initial commitment is 3 months, enough time to carry out the audit and the first improvements. After that, the plan continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
