This policy explains how Delpacto (Phonio Technologies Inc.) uses cookies and similar technologies on delpacto.com and delpacto.ca, and how you can control your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

It allows the site to work, to remember certain choices and, in some cases, to measure how the site is used or how advertising campaigns perform. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and browser local storage, which we refer to as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories of cookies

Here are the categories of cookies that can exist on a site like ours, and the ones we currently use:

• Strictly necessary: site operation, security and correct display of pages. Currently used. They are always active.
• Analytics and performance: visit statistics and understanding of how the site is used. Currently used, only the Shopify ones described below.
• Functional: remembering preferences, such as language or region. Not used for now beyond what is necessary for the site to work.
• Advertising and measurement: measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and building audiences. Not currently used. We do not install any advertising pixel on this site for now.

If we ever add third-party analytics or advertising tools, they will be activated only with your consent, in accordance with Quebec law, and this page will be updated before they go live.

3. Cookies present on the site

Here are the cookies associated with the tools we currently use. The names and durations are those provided by the vendor; they may change, and other technical cookies may be added. In that case, we update this page.

Shopify (site operation)

• Category: strictly necessary
• Purpose: site operation, security and fraud prevention, region preferences
• Cookies: technical store cookies, for example localization, secure_customer_sig, _cmp_a and keep_alive
• Indicative duration: from a few minutes to 1 year

Shopify Analytics

• Category: analytics and performance
• Purpose: visit statistics for the site
• Cookies: _shopify_y and _shopify_s
• Indicative duration: 1 year for _shopify_y, 30 minutes for _shopify_s

Shopify may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. To learn more, see section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

4. How to manage your preferences

Through your browser

When we add other tools

If we add non-essential cookies, a banner will let you accept all, decline non-essential cookies or choose by category, and a "Cookie preferences" link will be available on the site so you can change your choice at any time. Declining non-essential cookies will have no impact on your ability to browse the site or contact us.

5. Retention of cookie-related data

Cookies are kept for the duration indicated above or until you delete them. The data they allow us to collect is then deleted or aggregated, in accordance with section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy when our tools, practices or the laws change. The current version is always published on this page, with its last update date. If a significant change requires new consent from you, we will ask for it before activating the cookies concerned.
